2027 North Dakota fair dates and Minot location
The confirmed run begins Friday, July 23 and ends Saturday, July 31, 2027. The venue is the North Dakota State Fair Center and surrounding grounds at 2005 Burdick Expressway East, Minot, ND 58701. The official off-season page lists weekday office hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; those are office hours, not fair gate hours.
The organizer’s current general-information page is the best source for the save-the-date announcement. A 2027 daily calendar, map eBrochure and attraction schedule have not yet been published. Do not carry 2026 building or carnival hours forward without a new announcement.

The organizer still publishes a Getting to the Fair page that describes a free off-site shuttle to Gate E and regional transportation options. Recheck the lot, pickup point, dates and operating hours before choosing transportation, and use the current map rather than an older image saved to a phone.
The official Food Finder also remains online. It can help show how fair food is organized by item or zone, but vendors, menus and locations can change between seasons. Once the 2027 finder is updated, choose one meal, one shareable sweet item and one local or unusual food, then place those stops near planned attractions to avoid repeated walks across the fairgrounds.
